What I do

 At Owl with a Spark, I offer more than consultancy. I bring clarity, confidence and connection to organisations navigating change. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, growth and joy, values that shape every partnership I build.


I support organisations facing complexity, transition or challenge. My approach is relational and strategic, drawing on over a decade of leadership in health and care, voluntary sector innovation and cultural transformation.

I offer tailored support in four key areas:

  • Interim Leadership – Providing stability and direction during times of change.
  • Facilitation and Strategy – Creating space for honest dialogue and strategic clarity.
  • Project Management and Evaluation – Delivering outcomes with rigour and insight.
  • Coaching and Culture Change – Supporting individuals and teams to thrive, with a focus on burnout recovery and leadership development.

Stories of Impact

Since launching Owl with a Spark in summer 2025, I’ve stepped into my first consultancy role as Project Manager for a Bristol based CIC, identifying funding opportunities and shaping a programme that celebrates resilience and community.


Previously, at the British Red Cross, I led a £2m health contract portfolio supporting 25,000 people between 2022-2025, managed 150 staff and volunteers, and exceeded net surplus finance targets by 41% in 2025. I delivered transformational cultural change, with staff engagement rising by 18%, motivation increasing by 26%, and 96% of people reporting pride in working for the organisation.
