Since launching Owl with a Spark in summer 2025, I’ve stepped into my first consultancy role as Project Manager for a Bristol based CIC, identifying funding opportunities and shaping a programme that celebrates resilience and community.
Previously, at the British Red Cross, I led a £2m health contract portfolio supporting 25,000 people between 2022-2025, managed 150 staff and volunteers, and exceeded net surplus finance targets by 41% in 2025. I delivered transformational cultural change, with staff engagement rising by 18%, motivation increasing by 26%, and 96% of people reporting pride in working for the organisation.
